1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Panasonic PLC program and HMI. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable.

2. Adjustable distance of the line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire distance, when input the distance of cross wire to computer in the control cabinet, any mesh opening can be reach.

3. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo motor (Panasonic brand)

4. Welding transformer:150KVA*2PCS (13welding electrodes) ——every 6 welding heads need a water cooling transformer.

5. Wire feeding method: The line wires from coil wire.The cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The cross wire system is controlled by stepping motor. The chicken cage mesh welding machine will stop working when the cross wire used up in the hopper.

6. input the length of mesh and mesh opening in the control cabinet.The mesh cutting machine will cut the mesh panel length when reach the setlled mesh length.

7. The chicken cage mesh welding machine uses a copper sheet to connect the welding head and the transformer. Has a long service life.

8. Welding time and welding current are regulated separately. It is easy to establish when the diameter of the wire is changed.

9. Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, black annealed wire or galvanized wire.

10.The distance from factory power transformer to chicken cage mesh welding machine within 100m. The factory power transformer need 80KVA for supply machine running.
